Our project is in partnership with the UJA-Federation of New York, the largest local Jewish philanthropy in the world, and the Friedberg JCC, which has been serving Long Island’s South Shore for over 60 years. The Friedberg JCC provides vital programs for children, families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities, and together we’ll help stock two of their food pantries—one serving the broader community and another focused on the Jewish community.
We invite you to start sending in canned goods and can openers now through November 23. Then, join us that morning with your children for a hands-on service activity and a meaningful introduction to the power of community and giving.
